Our transition program ensures that all our students are set up for success ready to embrace the next phase of their education.

Extensive processes support student transition from preschool, on to secondary school as well as through the year levels.

We have developed highly successful tracking programs which ensure seamless transition through the grades and maximise student learning, confidence and independence.   (dates will follow this statement)
